Office management clerk (full-time and part-time)
Your responsibilities
- The focus of your work is on office management activities
- You organize and monitor office management as well as project and order-related processes
- You answer emails, monitor incoming payments, coordinate appointments and process correspondence
- You are responsible for external and internal communication: you forward important calls, answer customer inquiries or contact service providers
- You check and process incoming documents and contract documents
- You observe legal requirements, pay attention to data protection and data security and carry out quality assurance measures
- You will be involved in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements
- You manage invoices, keep the cash book and explain to employees how travel expense accounting works
Your skills
- Completed commercial training with experience/further training in the area of financial /accounting
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in office management or as a tax clerk
- A confident handling of common MS Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel) and SAP B1
- Fluent German language skills and good written expression
- An independent, structured and very careful way of working
- You are confident in financial accounting and in the use of accounting tools
- Good knowledge of English or good knowledge of another foreign language and enjoy communicating with it
- Enjoyment of commercial tasks and high communication and teamwork skills
