Wholesale and foreign trade clerk (full-time and part-time)

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a committed and competent merchant in wholesale and foreign trade who will enrich our team with specialist knowledge and organizational talent. In this versatile role, you are responsible for the smooth execution of commercial transactions and logistical processes.

• Sourcing and Purchasing: Selecting suppliers, negotiating prices, creating orders and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Sales and customer support: customer acquisition, preparation of offers, order processing, support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers.
• Logistics and order processing: organization of transports, processing of import and export transactions, customs clearance and warehouse management.
• Market observation and analysis: monitoring market developments, analyzing competitive activities and identifying business opportunities.
• Communication and collaboration: Regular exchange with suppliers, customers and internal departments such as purchasing, sales and logistics to ensure smooth business operations.
• Development of new sales approaches

Your skills

• Completed commercial training (e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial clerk or similar)
• Joy in discovering and implementing new potential and possibilities
• Fluent written and spoken English skills or good knowledge of another foreign language and enjoy communicating with it
• If necessary, know how to use common applications (Outlook, Word and Excel) confidently. SAP B1
• We require assertiveness, strong communication skills, as well as strong teamwork and customer and service orientation
  Willingness to travel (inter)nationally
• In addition to your professional qualifications, you are a positive and structured person. You value teamwork, like customer contact and maintain an objective overview even in tricky situations
• A high degree of initiative, flexibility and commitment complete your profile
• You have frequent contact with customers and business partners and have to negotiate confidently in foreign languages, such as English. This may also mean that you expect business trips lasting several days - for example, to visit suppliers abroad.
• You have been an important part of our team right from the start and are largely responsible for the strategic and operational development of our company
